Thank You

November 9, 2009

Dear Cortlandt Community,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you who voted in last week’s Election. I truly appreciate your vote of confidence and trust.

The most rewarding part of being Town Supervisor is to meet the wonderful people in our community, learn about their lives and families and do my best to assist them with issues and to always improve the quality of their lives in Cortlandt. I promise that I will continue to keep our Town taxes and costs very low, to preserve our precious open space, protect our environment, reduce our town’s energy consumption and always fight for our Veteran’s rights and to Save the V.A. for their needed services. I pledge to you that I will continue our smart, rational growth planning in the proper locations not in your residential neighborhoods. We do not want nor need over-development in Cortlandt.

At all times I will listen to your issues and respond to your requests. We live in a lovely community with wonderful and friendly people. Cortlandt is not just a place. It’s HOME!

It is an honor and a privilege to serve as Cortlandt’s Town Supervisor. Thank you once again for your vote on Election Day.

Thank you,
Linda Puglisi
Cortlandt’s Town Supervisor
